The registration fee of 150 EUR (free for master and PhD students) will be paid after the acceptance of contribution (see timeline below). The fee includes lunches and coffee breaks for the whole duration of the conference.

• July 8th - Deadline for submitting contributions

• July 15th - Notification of accepted contributions

• July 16th - Expected opening for the registration fee payment

• October 3rd - Registration fee payment deadline
