Beyond research, I am also passionate about bringing astronomy closer to the public, with a special focus on making visible our role as women researchers. During my PhD, I participated in the IAC program "Talk to them: Women in Astronomy" by giving talks in high-schools in Tenerife (in person) and other regions of Spain (online). I have done interviews in regional TV (RTVC) and a high-school radio in Tenerife on the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. This year I am also participating in the "Chat with an astronomer" initiative from the Spanish Astronomical Society in which the public will be able to chat with women researchers online.

To explain my findings in an accesible manner for the public, I have done interviews in regional TV (RTVC) and the newspaper (El Día). I was also very pleased to give an talk at the Museo de la Ciencia y el Cosmos as part of the XXXV Canary Islands Winter School of Astrophysics: Baryonic cycle across space and time
